Through Type Photoelectric Sensors
These systems, where the passage of non-transparent and reflective objects passing between the receiver and transmitter in different bodies mounted in the same line, are generally used in production and packaging lines, transparent container filling levels and safe door applications. Particularly suitable for use in harsh environments such as outdoor applications and dusty environments.

 

Reflector Type Photoelectric Sensors
From these devices, where the transmitter and receiver are located in the same housing, the beam is sent to the opposite reflective surface. Depending on whether the beam is reflected from the reflective surface or not, the passage of the object is detected. It is also possible to detect reflective objects using the polarization filter. The special version allows the detection of transparent objects.

 

Photoelectric Sensors with Reflection or Background Suppression
These sensors, which are similar in structure to reflector sensors, do not use a reflective surface; Therefore, more precise detection is possible at close range. Especially the sensitivity to surface finishes is utilized in color and contrast sensors.

 

Fiberoptic Sensors
It offers solutions for the detection of small details in close range or in extreme conditions that standard photoelectric sensors cannot withstand.

 

Photoelectric Fork and Fork Type Sensors
Used only in situations where a short sensing distance is required, these sensors are similar to mutual type sensors, but thanks to the U-shaped housing, it eliminates the difficulty of aligning the transmitter and receiver.

 

Contrast Sensors
They are used for the precise positioning of objects in printing machines, packaging plants and labeling machines in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Low contrast resolution differs from other sensors with high switching reliability, short response time and insensitivity to height and angle fluctuations, even when contrast differences are minimal.

 

Color Sensors
It can be used in many applications such as detecting color marks from a distance, detecting colored objects at variable distances, detecting a single color or ten colors. Color is “taught” at the push of a button. It is possible to teach color tolerances by the method of “re-teaching”. It is ideal for processes where speed is important due to its short response time.

 

Light Barriers
Ideal for safety applications requiring monitoring of large areas. It is preferred over multiple photoelectric sensors individually placed for ease of installation, installation and alignment. It can be used in a variety of applications for controlling pallet width, height and profile, detecting objects independent of location, controlling the overlapping of larger goods transported, monitoring elevator doors, and monitoring transparent foils in packaging machines.
